What a pleasant, quick transaction. Mr. Nelson is pleasant, a gentleman, and delivered on the impossible. Found my dream house, only to be rebuffed by two agents not willing to represent me, as it appeared that the listing might be a short sale, with a very unmotivated seller. I was referred by reputation to Mr. Nelson. I explained the situation by phone,expressing I really wanted that house. Everything had to be done electronically, all parties in 3 different states. On that first conversation, he paused for a while, then said "I will deliver that house to you...HE DID. Mr. Nelson was always reachable by phone, emails replied same day.
